Hey everyone! Today, I’m going to share my personal ranking of the six most well-known birds according to Google and other search engines. I’ll be ranking them from least to most favorite based on my own preferences. Each bird has its differences, and I can’t wait to share my thoughts. So let’s get started and see who takes the top spot!
6. Pigeons

In my opinion, pigeons come from the depths of hell. They just take a big dookie everywhere—on your roof, your car, and sometimes on you when they get their aim right. They are just plain bad birds overall. This bird is literally made to be eaten by bigger birds like hawks or eagles. Whenever I see one, I scare it away out of spite and hate. This bird was a really easy pick for number six.
5. Sparrow

I didn’t even know what this bird was when I was researching the six most well-known birds. I seriously had to look it up on Bing. But it’s basically those little brown birds you see in towns. I guess this bird is okay. I’ve never had any experiences with it before, and it seems pretty chill, so I’ll give it a nice fifth place. Maybe if I knew the bird better, I would rank it higher, but probably not.
4. Penguins

We’re finally getting to the GOOD birds, starting with penguins. Penguins are good birds, don’t get me wrong, but compared to the other birds on this list, they’re just fine. Penguins are kind of like the ducks of Antarctica; they just walk around and chill. They hunt fish and sometimes are hunted by other animals like polar bears.
This bird is really great, but it kind of sucks that most of their species are adapted to only living in cold climates like Antarctica. Unlike most other arctic animals, penguins can’t live in warm climates. Overall, these animals are pretty good but not as good as the others. They sit comfortably in fourth place.
3. Ducks

Ducks used to be one of my favorite birds. They were right under flamingos, but over the years I’ve grown farther apart from ducks and think they are just an alright bird. They are better than a lot of birds, and I always love seeing them in the water or on land. I even watched a movie about ducks a few months ago, which unfortunately was terrible. But ducks are always going to be in my heart, and that’s why I think they deserve a solid third place.
2. Parrots

Parrots—I’ve talked about these before in another animal ranking, and once again, they’re pretty cool. They do mimic you, which might get annoying, but overall, they are a really cool bird. They can learn names and what things are, they actually know what’s food and what’s not, and some of them act similar to children.
Parrots deserve lots of love. For most of my life, I never realized how cool parrots actually were. They are very expensive but a very good bird, deserving no lower than second place.
1. Eagle

Ah yes, the eagle. The one that represents America, the land of the free, and the land of the coolest bird. Eagles are really awesome. They are the most dangerous flying predator right beside the hawk and are overall just awesome! Eagles look so serious all the time and are often associated with making a sound like “CAW CAW!” But in reality, eagles don’t actually sound like that; the super awesome eagle sound is actually the Red-tailed Hawk’s, but the eagle stole it from the bird. Instead, eagles make a very weak-sounding whistle kind of sound, which sounds terrible compared to the stolen voice.
Eagles actually have a lot of history too. They were one of the first birds, with the first of their kind appearing 36 million years ago. They were made the national bird of the United States very early in the country’s establishment in 1782 to symbolize the strength and freedom of America. Eagles are definitely one of the best birds and deserve the NUMBER 1 spot!
This is the end of my ranking of the six most well-known birds. I was surprised at some of them and am kind of disappointed that the flamingo aren’t one of the most well-known birds, but still, I had a fun time making this ranking. I hope to make many more rankings like these and also share more about my life. I hope you all have a very good night or day, and I’ll see you all very, very soon. Later.
